SEDERINISFILTERSTORE ships orders within the United States only.

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time:
Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on the destination.

Shipping Carriers:
We use reliable domestic carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Tracking Information:
All orders are shipped with tracking.  
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Fees:
Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.  
For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $6.90 applies.

Delivery Issues:
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to our fulfillment facility.  
Our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund options.

Address Changes:
Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been shipped.  
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to request a change.

Order Inspection:
Please inspect your package upon delivery.  
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Holidays:
Orders are not delivered on U.S. federal holidays.

Taxes:
Sales tax is applied where required by law.
